I’m a middle-aged man who spends his free time taking photographs and writing screenplays.

About Fabian
Born in Europe and now living in South Korea with my multicultural family, I’ve always had a somewhat different way of looking at the world. My background spans visual arts, art history, economics and politics — rather different subjects, but all of them have shaped the way I see things.
I like telling stories.
Photography lets me tell visual stories and share the beauty I find in details — the beauty we often miss in everyday life. Finding those details can bring small moments of joy, something I believe is universal.
Screenwriting lets me tell stories in a different way: creating characters and worlds, exploring ideas, and hopefully conveying something that makes people feel or think.
Perhaps some of those stories will one day become movies. Or something else entirely.
Follow me and see the world through my eyes. I won't let you be bored.

The Beauty We Miss
The Beauty We Miss is a photography project about slowing down and noticing the beauty hidden in everyday life.
A beam of light through the leaves. An old building. A quiet street after rain. A face, a shadow, a small detail we normally walk past without seeing.
Through photography, I want to invite people to look again—to pause, appreciate what is already around them, and rediscover the beauty they may have stopped noticing.
Because sometimes, noticing beauty is a small but meaningful way of finding happiness in everyday life.
Look Again. Find Beauty.

He trained London's finest policemen.

He didn't do his homework.

Guns should be legal to protect your family.
From guns?

When one has nothing to lose, there might still be someone to lose.
Lisa doesn't particularly like Jackson.
He means both danger and safety.

At some point, running away stops being an option.

Guns come out.
People disappear. And Jackson decides to stop running...

The deeper one digs, the more bones there are to find.
